Please note: 17-digit debit cards are not currently supported - if you have a 17-digit debit card, you will need to select another payment method.

You can set up automatic credit card payments online, and/or you can choose to make ad-hoc payments to your account by using your credit card via our online payment gateway or by phoning 1300 553 233 (select option 2).

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees apply to payments made to Internode via credit cards and debit cards:

• Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard - $0.99 (including GST) per transaction.
• Diners Club and American Express - 2.5% of the value of the transaction (including applicable GST).

How to set up automatic credit card payments

To setup automatic payments by credit card, please go to My Internode and login with your Internode username and password.

The web page that will then appear will be as follows:

Please click on the 'Setup a new Credit Card for Automated payments' button. The web page that will then appear will be as follows:

Enter your credit card details and press 'Confirm'.

Your credit card details will then be altered and saved for future direct debit payments.
