Should your Internet access account be suspended due to non payment of bills, your account will be restricted so that it can only access the Internode web site.
When you pay the outstanding overdue amount, account access will be automatically restored, usually within one hour of Internode receiving your payment.
Please take note of the Payment Time that applies to each possible payment method, in the table above - if you use a payment method that is not Immediate, your account will remain suspended until the funds are received by Internode..
The fastest way to restore service to a suspended account is to use the facility to make an immediate payment via credit card online or phone 1300 553 233 (select option 2)
