think about Internode's service.
Feedback is monitored during normal
business hours.
We'd like to hear about:
- Things that Internode does particularly well.
- Members of staff who treated you well, treated you poorly, or confused you.
- If we missed a promised deadline.
- If you have an existing query that you wish to escalate with our management.
- Services that you think we should provide, but currently don't.
- Whether you think a service is too expensive or too cheap.
- If you find yourself thinking about switching to a competitor.
